Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI deployment across enterprise systems
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for machine learning models
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical principles into AI development lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to align technical teams on ethical priorities
- Produce regulatory compliance documentation for evolving AI governance landscapes
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Train cross-functional teams on responsible AI practices and bias detection
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep expertise in algorithmic fairness, privacy-preserving ML, and explainable AI
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in quantitative bias assessment methodologies
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or adjacent fields
