Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI pipelines
- Lead stakeholder engagements on AI transparency and explainability initiatives
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Author compliance documentation for FDA/ISO AI governance standards
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI deployment practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001 standards
- Experience with MLOps ethics integration tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Strong stakeholder management and technical communication skills
- Published research or certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
