Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI roles
- Deep understanding of ML fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Proficiency with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Experience conducting algorithmic audits and bias assessments
- Knowledge of NIST AI Risk Management Framework
