Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, ethics, or responsible technology
- Deep understanding of machine learning systems and their societal implications
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation and fairness metrics for AI
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional analytical and stakeholder communication skills
- Proven track record of developing organizational ethics policies
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership in tech environments
