Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with demonstrated ethics focus
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
