- Design and execute bias mitigation protocols for ML models and generative AI systems
- Establish transparency standards for AI decision-making processes and explainability protocols
- Drive internal education programs on AI ethics for technical and non-technical teams

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with specialization in AI ethics
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep expertise in emerging AI technologies (LLMs, autonomous systems, generative AI)
- Proven track record in developing ethical AI frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical analysis and stakeholder management
