Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., ACM Code of Ethics, EU AI Act principles)
- Experience conducting algorithmic bias assessments and mitigation strategies
- Deep understanding of machine learning model development lifecycle
- Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Published work or significant contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Familiarity with emerging AI regulations (US, EU, APAC markets)
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder communication
