As a key member of our AI Governance Council, you'll shape ethical frameworks for next-generation AI applications while collaborating with engineering teams to implement bias-mitigation strategies. You'll represent the voice of human-centered design in our product development lifecycle and lead initiatives to build trust with stakeholders worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Conduct algorithmic audits to identify and mitigate bias in AI systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI implementation
- Author ethics guidelines for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Represent the company at international AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations
- Monitor industry trends and propose proactive ethical safeguards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning and data science fundamentals
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
