Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models using advanced statistical methods
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with regulatory requirements and societal expectations
- Author whitepapers and industry standards documents for global AI governance bodies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI implementation and ethical deployment strategies
- Monitor emerging regulations and propose proactive compliance measures for multinational clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Deep expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) frameworks for ML systems
- Proven track record influencing policy at Fortune 500 companies or governmental agencies
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI ethics journals or conference proceedings
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with bias detection tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
