Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years researching AI ethics, algorithmic bias, or responsible AI frameworks
- Expertise in ML fairness metrics, explainable AI (XAI), and regulatory compliance
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics or technology ethics journals/conferences
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in tech startups or enterprises
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for bias auditing and data analysis
