Responsibilities
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI deployment
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments in machine learning pipelines
- Design participatory AI governance models with diverse stakeholder groups
- Produce thought leadership on AI ethics for policy and industry standards
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to ensure ethical quantum-AI integration
- Lead cross-functional ethics review boards for experimental AI systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years researching AI ethics or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Published work in top-tier ethics/ML conferences (NeurIPS, FAccT, etc.)
- Experience with participatory design methodologies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Strong background in cognitive science or human-computer interaction
