Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years researching algorithmic fairness or AI ethics
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics conferences (e.g., FAccT, AIES)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and bias detection tools
- Understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Experience with interdisciplinary research teams
- Strong background in philosophy of technology or moral philosophy
