Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years in AI ethics
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on AI governance frameworks
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python/R for bias detection tool development
- Proven track record of influencing industry ethical standards
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
