Responsibilities

- Partner with policy advisors to shape regulatory blueprints for 2026 AI deployment
- Conduct impact assessments on AI systems in healthcare and public infrastructure
- Author industry whitepapers on bias mitigation in large language models
- Establish audit protocols for AI decision transparency and accountability
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published work on AI ethics, algorithmic fairness, or responsible AI governance
- Expertise in privacy-preserving machine learning techniques (differential privacy, federated learning)
- Experience with ethical frameworks for autonomous systems (IEEE 7000, EU AI Act)
- Strong background in policy analysis and regulatory compliance
