Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML research with ethics focus
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) AI frameworks
- Published work on AI ethics or responsible technology
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory trends (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across tech, policy, and civil society
- Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
