Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Lead interdisciplinary research teams in bias mitigation and fairness audits
- Develop predictive models for AI societal impact assessment
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical principles in AI lifecycle
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for regulatory bodies
- Establish industry-wide best practices for transparent AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics or responsible tech governance
- Expertise in algorithmic bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy
