Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in bias mitigation algorithm development
- Partner with UN bodies on global AI policy standards
- Conduct frontier research on quantum ethics and consciousness modeling
- Develop real-time auditing tools for neural network transparency
- Mentor PhD fellows in AI ethics and explainable AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI focus
- 5+ years researching ethical implications of autonomous systems
- Published work in Nature or Science on AI ethics
- Expertise in causal inference and fairness metrics
- Experience with federated learning privacy frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and ethical auditing tools
