Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI evaluation frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional research teams to identify algorithmic bias vectors in ML pipelines
- Develop real-time monitoring systems for ethical compliance in production AI environments
- Author whitepapers and industry standards for responsible AI deployment
- Consult with C-suite executives on ethical AI governance strategies
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies on emerging AI policy frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI research experience
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, FAccT)
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Experience implementing fairness metrics in production AI systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Track record of translating ethical principles into technical specifications
