Responsibilities

- Author thought leadership papers on AI's societal impact for 2026 technology landscapes
- Conduct ethical audits of AI deployments across healthcare, finance, and infrastructure sectors
- Mentor a team of ethics researchers and data scientists
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption at industry conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years researching AI ethics with published work in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for large-scale ML models
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams on ethical AI implementation
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in human-centered design principles
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable engineering guidelines
