- Establish industry standards for transparent AI decision-making processes
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and adapt compliance strategies
- Present ethical impact assessments to executive leadership
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Policy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory landscapes
- Published work on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience designing ethical review boards for high-stakes AI systems
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across diverse sectors
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
