Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional task forces to audit AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Shape corporate policy responses to emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US federal guidelines)
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols with communities affected by AI deployments
- Conduct scenario planning for ethical dilemmas in autonomous systems and generative AI
- Drive organization-wide training on responsible AI principles and compliance
- Represent the organization in industry coalitions and policy forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Law, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Deep expertise in global AI regulatory frameworks (NIST, OECD, EU AI Act)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI programs in tech environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical, legal, and public domains
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics or policy journals
- Experience with bias detection tools and algorithmic auditing methodologies
- Strong understanding of machine learning system lifecycles
