Qualifications

- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with bias mitigation tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
- Published research in AI ethics or related domains preferred
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAGI) a plus
