Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory projections
- Conduct ethical impact assessments for all AI initiatives using proprietary evaluation matrices
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with C-suite executives and technical teams
- Design bias mitigation protocols for generative AI systems and neural networks
- Establish transparent AI explainability standards for high-stakes decision-making systems
- Author corporate ethics white papers and contribute to industry standards bodies
- Train 500+ engineers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques for LLMs and generative models
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies and publishing peer-reviewed research
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tool development
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CAG, CAIGI)
