Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act frameworks
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Strong background in stakeholder communication and policy development
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Certificant)
- Published research on algorithmic accountability
