- Advise product teams on ethical design principles and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or responsible tech leadership
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Strong background in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI preferred
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI auditing tools
