Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder engagement with policymakers, researchers, and community groups
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update organizational policies proactively
- Train cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance or tech ethics roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in ML systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
