Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies across AI pipelines
- Lead stakeholder engagement on ethical AI adoption with Fortune 500 partners
- Develop continuous monitoring systems for AI system fairness and transparency
- Shape corporate AI ethics policies and regulatory compliance strategies
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior data scientists on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record developing AI governance frameworks for commercial applications
- Expertise in algorithmic bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Deep knowledge of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience leading cross-functional ethics initiatives in tech environments
- Published research on AI ethics or related technical fields
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
