- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and compliance metrics
- Represent the company in industry ethics consortiums and regulatory discussions
- Lead incident response protocols for ethical breaches in production systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record of deploying ethical AI frameworks in regulated industries
- Expertise in bias detection tools (e.g., AIF360, IBM Fairness 360)
- Strong background in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and evolving global AI regulations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible AI at top-tier conferences
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAG, AIE) preferred
