Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional audits of ML models for bias and compliance risks
- Develop stakeholder communication strategies for ethical AI transparency
- Establish industry partnerships to shape emerging AI regulatory standards
- Mentor engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Conduct horizon scanning for ethical implications of emerging AI technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in ethics or compliance leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI governance
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Expertise in EU AI Act and US state-level AI regulations
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Fluency in Python and ML model auditing tools
