Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in bias detection tools and fairness metrics (e.g., Aequitas, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Experience with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tools
