Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with EU AI Act and NIST standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and implement mitigation strategies for high-impact AI systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical principles
- Author ethics-by-design protocols for AI product development lifecycle
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for ethical compliance in deployed AI
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation best practices
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance leadership
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for ML models and data pipelines
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience developing organizational ethics frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology (peer-reviewed)
