Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven expertise in developing ethical AI frameworks for high-stakes applications
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in ML systems
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies for AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology development
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
