Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field with AI focus
- Minimum 3 years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Expertise in algorithmic bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Strong technical literacy to collaborate with engineering teams
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published work or demonstrable impact in AI ethics space
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CERP, CDPSE) preferred
