Responsibilities

- Create transparency documentation for high-stakes AI decisions
- Monitor emerging regulatory trends and update governance protocols
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance roles
- Deep knowledge of NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Certification in Algorithmic Auditing (e.g., from Partnership on AI)
- Experience with regulatory landscapes in US/EU/Asia
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or responsible AI practices
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tooling
