Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging regulatory standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and impact assessments for enterprise AI systems
- Design ethical review protocols for AI development lifecycles
- Train cross-functional teams on responsible AI practices and governance principles
- Represent the company in industry coalitions shaping AI policy standards
- Create transparency reports for high-stakes AI applications
- Lead incident response protocols for ethical breaches
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics role
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Exceptional written communication for policy documents and stakeholder reports
- Experience collaborating with legal and engineering teams on technical ethics
- Published work or speaking engagements on AI ethics topics
