Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous decision systems
- Develop explainability protocols for deep neural networks
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in international policy forums
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and adapt compliance strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI focus
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible AI implementation
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Experience testifying before technology ethics committees
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tooling
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and US AI Bill of Rights
