Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments on machine learning models
- Advise executive leadership on regulatory compliance for quantum computing applications
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish transparent AI governance protocols
- Author position papers on emerging tech ethics for industry conferences
- Monitor global regulatory developments and adapt governance strategies accordingly
- Mentor junior engineers on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics-focused tech roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI principles
- Proven experience auditing neural networks and LLM bias mitigation
- Familiarity with quantum computing ethics frameworks
- Strong policy writing and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) highly desirable
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology journals
