You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement auditable ethical standards and future-proof governance protocols.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative technologies
- Conduct impact assessments for AI deployments in regulated industries
- Design audit protocols for algorithmic fairness and transparency
- Advise C-suite on emerging ethical risks in quantum/neuro-tech convergence
- Create governance blueprints for cross-border AI compliance (2026+ regulations)
- Led stakeholder workshops on responsible AI implementation
- Monitor global policy shifts and update internal standards quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or Technology (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics role
- Deep expertise in IEEE 7001, EU AI Act, and NIST RMF frameworks
- Published work on AI ethics or technology policy (peer-reviewed)
- Experience with quantum/neuro-interface ethical challenges
- Certified in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google, or Microsoft)
- Strong background in cross-functional stakeholder management
