As a key member of our Ethics & Compliance Council, you'll collaborate with AI researchers, product teams, and external stakeholders to ensure our autonomous systems align with global ethical standards. You'll pioneer frameworks for bias mitigation, transparency, and accountability while contributing to industry-wide best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct algorithmic audits and bias assessments across production AI systems
- Develop transparent documentation protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for new AI product launches
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for ethical compliance
- Represent the company in industry ethics consortiums and regulatory dialogues
- Create educational programs for technical teams on responsible AI development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven track record in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness testing
- Strong understanding of emerging AI technologies (LLMs, autonomous systems, generative AI)
- Experience developing organizational governance policies and compliance protocols
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
