- Lead stakeholder engagement with internal teams, regulators, and external ethics boards
- Establish transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Monitor emerging AI ethics legislation and update compliance strategies
- Train technical teams on responsible AI implementation practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
- Published work or certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
