You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research scientists, and policymakers to embed ethical governance into our product lifecycle while staying ahead of global regulatory shifts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for 2026 technology roadmap
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and impact assessments for ML systems
- Design governance protocols for generative AI and autonomous decision-making
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption through stakeholder education and policy development
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US federal initiatives) and ensure compliance
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and publish transparency reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or regulatory compliance
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and ethical AI frameworks
- Technical understanding of ML/DL architectures and data pipelines
- Proven experience developing organizational AI ethics policies
- Strong background in risk management and stakeholder communication
