Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and risk assessments for emerging AI systems
- Develop enterprise-wide policies for responsible AI development and deployment
- Lead cross-functional workshops on ethical AI practices with engineers and product teams
- Represent the organization in industry coalitions shaping future AI standards
- Monitor emerging AI ethics legislation and adapt compliance strategies accordingly
- Create transparency reports documenting AI system impacts on diverse populations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, policy development, or governance
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global AI regulations
- Proven experience conducting bias audits and fairness assessments in production AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Published research or practical experience in AI ethics frameworks
- Certification in Responsible AI or Governance (e.g., from IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
