- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations in design sprints
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment with engineers and executives
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update compliance protocols quarterly
- Author transparency reports documenting AI system decision-making processes
- Advocate for inclusive AI development through diverse dataset curation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech policy roles
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (US, EU, APAC)
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management in tech environments
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating AI ethics frameworks or bias mitigation projects
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
