Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with ISO 42001 and emerging EU AI Act standards
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop corporate governance policies for autonomous decision-making systems
- Facilitate stakeholder dialogues on AI ethics with industry regulators and NGOs
- Create transparency protocols for AI model documentation and explainability
- Conduct horizon scanning on regulatory developments in global AI governance
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (NIST RMF, EU AI Act compliance)
- Experience with bias detection tools (Aequitas, Fairlearn) and model auditing
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (US, EU, APAC jurisdictions)
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, CSEP) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI initiatives or research publications
