We're seeking an AI Ethics & Governance Specialist to architect responsible AI frameworks that will define the next generation of intelligent systems. Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with IEEE 7000 and EU AI Act standards
- Conduct comprehensive bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Develop enterprise-wide AI ethics policies and operational playbooks
- Lead stakeholder engagement workshops to build consensus on AI deployment principles
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and adapt compliance strategies proactively
- Train cross-functional teams on responsible AI development practices
- Author thought leadership content on AI ethics and societal impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with specialization in AI ethics
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics-focused technology roles
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in machine learning systems
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and change management
- Proficiency in AI auditing tools and fairness assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Experience with generative AI deployment governance is highly desirable
