In our Austin hub, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers and neuro-ethicists to develop auditable AI systems that prioritize transparency, fairness, and human-centric design. Your work will directly influence global AI policy while building the infrastructure for a more equitable digital future.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI systems
- Conduct bias audits across machine learning pipelines using proprietary analysis tools
- Develop real-time monitoring systems for AI system compliance with evolving regulations
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment with engineering teams
- Author white papers on emerging ethical challenges in autonomous systems
- Partner with policy think tanks to shape industry standards for 2026 AI regulations
- Train internal stakeholders on ethical AI deployment best practices
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, algorithmic auditing, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, state-level AI bills)
- Proficiency in Python and statistical bias detection libraries (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI governance or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML Certificate)
