Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems and quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits of AI models with 10+ billion parameter architectures
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for next-gen generative AI and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to ensure ethical deployment of AI in quantum environments
- Establish transparency standards for AI decision-making in high-stakes domains (healthcare, finance, defense)
- Advocate for ethical AI policy development at governmental and industry consortium levels
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies and moral reasoning
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum-AI hybrid architectures
- Proven track record of implementing bias mitigation in production-scale AI models
- Familiarity with IEEE Ethically Aligned Design and EU AI Act compliance standards
- Deep understanding of moral philosophy applied to technological systems (utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics)
- Experience leading ethics committees for Fortune 500 tech companies or research institutions
- Published work in top-tier journals on AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Certification in AI Risk Management (e.g., from Partnership on AI or similar)
