Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct risk assessments for advanced AI systems including generative models and autonomous decision engines
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI algorithms for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Represent the company at international AI governance forums and standards bodies
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI practices and emerging ethical challenges
- Stay ahead of technological disruptions through continuous research on AI safety paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven expertise in developing AI ethics frameworks for large-scale deployments
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Strong background in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Experience publishing in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or responsible technology
- Track record influencing organizational AI policy and regulatory compliance
