Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias assessments and ethical audits for machine learning models across product lines
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish ethical guidelines for autonomous systems deployment
- Develop explainability protocols for complex AI decision-making processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed fairness metrics into ML pipelines
- Represent the organization in AI ethics forums and contribute to industry standards
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges and update governance protocols proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ACM Code of Ethics)
- Proven experience conducting bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with ML deployment pipelines and model governance tools
- Published work or recognized contributions to AI ethics discourse
