Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees including engineering, legal, and social impact teams
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Create transparency documentation for regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Conduct ethics impact assessments for new AI capabilities
- Establish whistleblower mechanisms for ethical concerns
- Represent company at global AI ethics symposiums and regulatory forums
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible tech, or compliance leadership
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI ethics
- Experience with large-scale AI system deployment
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
